About Us

We are a family business consisting of a large retail garden nurseries and country shop, a professional garden design service and beautiful café in the heart of rural Buckinghamshire. Our journey first began in 1984 when Peter sold cuttings and potted-on seedlings outside the family farm and his uncle’s farm shop. In 1989 we moved to our existing location, and we haven’t stopped developing our ideas and improving and expanding our services since. Lately we have added a garden design studio with an amazing team of professional garden designers and built a beautiful Tipi café.

It is now well over 30 years since we began and we are listed as one of the top 26 Garden Centres & Nurseries in the country, renowned for our incredible selection of plants and trees. The nursery is fully stocked all year round, and we have all the plants you need to create your whole garden through each season.

We appreciate customers from far and wide (some travelling over 100 miles just to visit us,) and our Garden Club has over 14,000 members.

We have a team of horticultural experts on the nurseries who are always on hand to help. We have a huge passion for plants and offer friendly expert advice.
