THE SEASONAL CUTTING GARDEN – SATURDAY, 8th JULY 2023

Come and learn how to grow and develop your own cutting garden. Learn about choosing shrubs, perennials and growing annuals from seed all of which are good for cutting. Watch a demonstration on how to use some of these flowers to make a Foam Free arrangement and then make your own jam jar arrangement to take home with you.

Meet at 10.15am for complimentary coffee and cake. The workshop commences at 10.30am with a light lunch at 1pm. If required we will take an additional coffee break. Once booked we will contact you closer the time to check your food requirements.

The workshop includes a light lunch and refreshments through the day. Please be aware that our kitchen contains traces of all allergens. If you have any queries, please contact us via email or calling the shop on 01280 848038.

Carrie Deeley has a local flower farm where she grows a wide variety of seasonal flowers. She grows using a minimum of pesticides and uses peat-free compost in all her planting. All her arranging of flowers is done using foam-free mechanics.

Jacky Richardson will be on hand to go over what plants you can grow in your garden including lots of perennials
